Emelita explained everything and how to use the controls for the outdoor kitchen, electric blinds and outdoor blinds. During the stay, pool maintenance continues, this ensures the pool is clean and ready for the next day. I use Air bnb for both work and pleasure and this was by far the best villa I have ever stayed in, you will not be disappointed.

Yes, we live on the coast and we follow the market on a daily basis, using different tools. It is our profession, and we do not need to attend to other jobs. We take care of the maintenance and cleaning, so your property can achieve higher rates. Of course, if you dedicate as much personal attention to your property yourself, you can achieve the same, as long as you have as much experience handling all the challenges. However, that would be an exception. Otherwise, it is more cost-effective to let us manage your property.

Yes, we take care of all the practical issues; you will mainly see us in action when the property generates income. You can trust us: as Superhosts and even Cohosts on Airbnb, we have proven that we can handle our job. You can focus on other things in life.

 
 
 
 
 

Yes, of course, we offer full online transparency. Sometimes there are decisions to be made, and in that case, it is you as the owner who is involved. You can also follow the communication about guests arriving and departing, etc. But it is not necessary; you will only do it when you want to.

 

Yes, if you do it the right way. If you have a holiday home, it is completely moral to make sure that this resource is used all year round, so that others can stay there and spend their money for the benefit of both you and Spanish society. This generates more jobs in the local shops, restaurants, etc. So, everyone enjoys themselves. In the big Spanish cities, the situation is different, like in Barcelona and Madrid. There, people feel that short-term rentals are crowding out locals by raising rental prices. But our area is, in fact, a tourist area, and we appreciate more tourists, especially outside the high season.

 

Yes, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Many flights arrive around midnight, and we make sure that these guests are also properly received.

 

Yes, we work with many platforms, so if you are already on, for example, Airbnb, we will just continue with that. Obviously, we will spend more time there than you had available.

We have several solutions for check-in, we know the advantages and disadvantages of each one and we will find the one that is best for your property.

 

Yes, we do. Everything we do is legal and tax-inclusive. So our invoices can be submitted for tax deductions whenever possible, according to tax laws. The same applies to the landlord.

 

We support owners and guests in several languages, according to their needs – don’t be afraid of language barriers!

The cost is 20% plus tax, which makes a total of 22% of the rental income. In addition, there is a cleaning fee, but this is paid separately by the guests directly to the cleaners.

Ideally four sets of keys: two for guests, one for us and one for pool services (if any) or for technicians. If you don’t have that many, we will make copies by prior arrangement.
