including an ample roof terrace.

You are welcome to enjoy your meals outside; though the dining table inside is
of course also first class.
Most of the furniture is new, and so is much of the kitchen.
All done in high standard.

Just down the road you will enter the center of Villamartin. You cover your daily
needs just nearby, and the rest is in La Zenia. The shopping center is so big
that it has become a tourist attraction by itself; built as a Spanish village.
Beds in two bedrooms are queen size. In the third bedroom, next to the living
room, there is a combined sofa and bed, which also works very well as a sofa
as well.

Few meters to the area’s pool.
Ample storage in bedrooms. Toilets downstairs and upstairs. Showers in the
bathroom upstairs, and even an outside shower, where you will rub off sand
after a wonderful day on the beach. Beaches here are generally good till the
first weekend of November.

The villa is equipped by three aircons, which is good for keeping temperature
comfortable the whole year.
We will keep the same high level of maintenance and cleanliness as in the other
properties managed by Costanest.
