1. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: After 16:00 Check-out: By 10:00 We are flexible for check in. Late check-out depends on the availability. Fees will apply.
2. Occupancy & Guests Maximum number of guests as stated in the reservation No unregistered guests allowed at any time No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind No business activities beyond work from home.
3. Noise & Behavior Quiet hours: 23:00 – 07:00 No loud music or disruptive behaviour at any time Noise complaints will result in removal without refund
4. Smoking & Substances ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE PROPERTY €800 fine will be charged for any trace of smoke NO illegal substances or activities on the premises
5. NO Pet Allowed Remember that guests have allergies and therefore Ventana Al Mar does NOT accept any pets, including visiting pets! €800 fine will be charged for any pet on the premises.
6. Cleanliness & Property Respect Please keep the Ventana Al Mar tidy and clean up after yourself Garbage must be disposed of in the designated containers in the street to the right side corner. Charges may apply if found any stains, broken items, or damage. It must be reported immediately. If there is any stains during your stay, please wash immediately so the stains do not stick. Excessive mess will incur a €165 cleaning
7. Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving Turn Off the AC, lights and unplug the flat iron while not in use. Do not tamper with Wi-Fi routers, digital door locks, smoke detectors, cameras (exterior only). Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior only — for guest safety and property protection. 8. Fees for Violations Any trace of Smell Smoking Indoor: €800 Pet on the property: €800 Late Check-Out: Depends on availability. Fees will apply. If Excessive Cleaning is necessary: €165 By booking this property, you agree to all rules listed above.
