We take care of the maintenance and cleaning, so your property can achieve higher rates. Of course, if you dedicate as much personal attention to your property yourself, you can achieve the same, as long as you have as much experience handling all the challenges. However, that would be an exception. Otherwise, it is more cost-effective to let us manage your property.

The cost is 20% plus tax, which makes a total of 22% of the rental income. In addition, there is a cleaning fee, but this is paid separately by the guests directly to the cleaners.
Ideally four sets of keys: two for guests, one for us and one for pool services (if any) or for technicians. If you don’t have that many, we will make copies by prior arrangement.
