Below our House Rules
These rules are strictly enforced.
1. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: After 16:00 Check-out: By 10:00 We are flexible for check in. Late check-out depends on the availability. Fees will apply.
2. Occupancy & Guests Maximum number of guests as stated in the reservation No unregistered guests allowed at any time No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. No business activities beyond work from home.
3. Noise & Behavior Quiet hours: 23:00 – 07:00 No loud music or disruptive behaviour at any time Noise complaints will result in removal without refund
4. Smoking & Substances ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE PROPERTY €800 fine will be charged for any trace of smoke NO illegal substances or activities on the premises
5. NO Pet Allowed Remember that guests have allergies and therefore Vox Maris does NOT accept any pets, including visiting pets!
6. Cleanliness & Property Respect Please keep the Vox Maris tidy and clean up after yourself Garbage must be disposed of in the designated containers in the street. Charges may apply if found any stains, broken items, or damage. It must be reported immediately. If there is any stains during your stay, please wash immediately so the stains do not stick. Excessive mess will incur an extra cleaning.
7. Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving Turn Off the AC, lights and unplug the flat iron while not in use. Do not tamper with Wi-Fi routers, digital door locks, smoke detectors.
8. Fees for Violations: Any trace of Smell Smoking Indoor: €800 Pet on the property: €800 If Excessive Cleaning is necessary: €165
