This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made for our tourist
accommodations located in the Region of Murcia, the Valencian Community,
and Catalonia. It follows the general principles of the regional tourism
regulations, including:
- Ley 12/2013, de Turismo de la Región de Murcia
- Ley 15/2018, de Turismo, Ocio y Hospitalidad de la Comunitat
Valenciana - Ley 13/2002, de Turismo de Catalunya
Cancellation Terms:
- Up to 30 days before checkin: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Between 29 and 8 days before checkin: 50% refund.
- Less than 8 days before checkin (from day 7): No refund.
Refunds are calculated based on the date and time the cancellation request is received.
NonRefundable Processing Fee:
A 2% payment processing and system fee applies to all bookings. This
amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
NoShow:
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled checkin date and has not
cancelled in advance, the reservation will be considered a noshow, and no
refund will be issued.
Early Departure:
Early departures do not generate partial refunds for unused nights.
Force Majeure:
In cases of officially recognized force majeure (e.g., natural disasters,
government restrictions, public health emergencies), cancellations will be
handled according to applicable regional regulations and, where relevant, the
policies of the booking platform used.
Applicable Regulations:
This policy complies with the tourism and consumer protection regulations of
Murcia, the Valencian Community, and Catalonia, as well as general Spanish
consumer law.
