Perfect for a beach holiday. Modern and refurbished, most things are new. Easy parking just outside on the street (reserved). All on one level, except roof terrace. Big roof terrace has open view in all directions. Experienced hosts – service 24/7.

The Place

At the entrance a small patio with sofa, chairs, table for breakfast with chairs. Then you enter the living room, with a large new TV (75 inches). Dining area, sofa etc., and air conditioning.
First bedroom two beds and air conditioning. New bathroom with shower. Large bedroom with air conditioning, King size bed etc. New kitchen with integrated dishwasher, refrigerator etc. Design exhaust fan for air from cooking. Outdoor room with washing machine built into a cupboard. Upstairs: outdoor furniture; sofa, sun loungers and dining table. Large parasol. Everything kept to a high standard.

Bedlinen and towels are of a high standard, as with the rest of the house.

Things to note
This house is equipped to be a home. Therefore, there is a higher standard than usual in a rental apartment on many things, such as that there is a dishwasher, and that equipment such as oven and cooking top are quality products. We ask that guests take good care of the place!

Attractive area
Located in Los Narejos in Los Alcazares, you are just 200 meters from a large choice of restaurants. Just down the street is a choice of supermarkets, and other shops. A bit further down is the center in Los Narejos.
The house is easy to find when arriving the first time.
It is also very near an important golf course. The long beach front of Los Narejos is 1.3 km away (flat area). Enjoy swimming, and look over to the skyscrapers in La Manga!

The sea is warmer than most places, so you do not need to be a hero to swim!
