HOUSE RULES:
Welcome to Casa Costanest! We strive to provide a clean, safe and peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors. These rules are strictly enforced.
1. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: Before 10:00 AM We offer flexible check-in times. Late check-out is subject to availability. Fees will apply.
2. Occupancy and Guests Maximum number of guests as stated in the reservation No unregistered guests are allowed. No parties, events or gatherings of any kind are allowed. No commercial activities other than remote work are allowed.
3. Noise and Conduct Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Loud music and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Noise complaints will result in removal without refund.
4. Smoking and Drugs SMOKING OR VAPING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY. A fine of 800 Euros will be imposed for traces of smoke. Illegal drugs or activities are NOT ALLOWED on the property.
5. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED Please note that guests have allergies and therefore Casa CostaNest does NOT accept pets, including visiting pets! A fine of 800 euros will be imposed for all pets on the property.
6. Cleanliness and respect for the property Please keep Casa CostaNest tidy and clean up after use. Rubbish must be disposed of in the designated bins on the street to the left. Fees may apply if stains, broken items or damage are found. This must be reported immediately. If you find stains during your stay, you must wash them immediately to prevent them from setting in. Excessive dirt will result in a cleaning fee of 165 euros.
7. Security Always lock doors and windows upon departure. Turn off the air conditioning and lights, and unplug the iron when not in use. Do not tamper with Wi-Fi routers, smoke detectors or cameras (exterior only). Security cameras monitor the exterior only for guest safety and property protection.
8. Breakage Fees Lost key: €200 Any sign of tobacco smell inside: €800 Pets on property: €800 Late check-out: Subject to availability. Fees will apply. If deep cleaning is required: €165 By booking this property, you agree to all of the policies listed above.
