We’re excited to introduce you to our beautifully refurbished property, where modern comfort meets a touch of elegance. Here’s a general overview of the rooms and spaces you can expect during your stay:

Living Area
As you step through the main door, you’ll be welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area that seamlessly combines the living room and kitchen. The space is filled with natural light, thanks to sliding doors that open directly onto the patio, allowing for a refreshing breeze and a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow. The living room features a cozy L-shaped sofa, two stylish stools that complement the seating area, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or socializing. In the corner, you’ll find a dining table set for shared meals and memorable gatherings.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a small island, providing extra prep space and a casual dining option. It’s stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Patio
Step outside to the inviting patio, where you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

Guest Toilet
Conveniently located near the stairs, there is a guest toilet featuring a sleek modern illuminated LED mirror.

Bedrooms
Heading upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and sliding doors that lead out to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment. The second bedroom features a bunk bed and a single bed, along with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. Like the master, it also has sliding doors that open to the balcony for added convenience and enjoyment.

Bathrooms
The upstairs bathroom is a modern retreat, featuring a delightful walk-in shower, a spacious basin unit, and a large illuminated LED mirror that enhances the bright, airy feel of the space.

With full air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, you’ll stay comfortably cool during your stay. Every detail of the property has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
