You are welcome for late check in, however there is a charge after 20:00. Between 20:00-23:00 of 20€, and after 23:00 of 60€ to compensate our staff and to be paid directly in cash.
Early check in and Late check-out depends on the availability. Fees will apply.
- Occupancy & Guests
Maximum number of guests as stated in the reservation
No unregistered guests allowed at any time
No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind
No business activities beyond work from home.
- Noise & Behavior
•Quiet hours: 22:00 – 09:00
•No loud music or disruptive behaviour at any time
•Noise complaints will result in removal without refund
- Smoking & Substances
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INDOORS
•€500 fine will be charged for any trace of smoke
•No illegal substances or activities on the premises
- NO PETS
- Cleanliness & Property Respect
Please keep the apartment tidy and clean up after yourself
Trash must be disposed of in the designated containers in the street.
Charges may apply if found any stains, broken items, or damage. It must be reported immediately.
Excessive mess will incur a €150 cleaning
- Security
Always lock doors and windows when leaving
Please put back your keys on the kitchen bench if you check out early and close all the doors, main door and the gate
Turn Off the AC, and the lights
Do not tamper with Wi-Fi routers, smoke detectors, cameras (exterior only).
Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior only — for guest safety and property protection

Lost Key : €500
Any trace of Smell Smoking Indoor: €500
Late Check-Out: Depends on availability. Fees will apply.
If Excessive Cleaning is necessary: €150
