fresh air.

However, please be aware that scaffolding has been erected outside the
balcony walls of the entire building since November 2025, and the exact
removal date has not yet been confirmed, although it is expected to be
sometime in April 2026.
For this reason, our accommodation prices have been reduced to reflect the
impact on the panoramic views.
We invite you to take advantage of special discounted rates on our beautiful
apartment with panoramic views, which are temporarily affected by the
scaffolding outside the balconies.
By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept these conditions
regarding the balcony. In addition, our cancellation policy will apply.

You have full access to the entire apartment during your stay.

Other highlights
The apartment is located on the seventh floor and offers panoramic views. The
building is equipped with three elevators, providing convenient access,
especially useful when transporting luggage.
We offer flexible arrival options, including late arrivals. You are welcome to
check in at a time that best suits your schedule.

A unique access code will be provided for entry through the main door and for
using the elevator. Please note that this code is valid for one use only.
We will send you a separate code for entering the apartment.
Once inside the apartment, you will find a magnetic key card on the table. This
card will be used to access the elevator and to re-enter the building through the
main door throughout your stay.

Please take care of the magnetic key card and ensure that it is not lost, as it is
essential for access throughout your stay. Please note that we charge a fee for
the loss of the magnetic access card.
