First bedroom

Rest peacefully in a king -size bed , with a wardrobe for your
belongings and central air conditioning and heating. Sliding glass doors open
directly onto the balcony, inviting natural light and fresh air.
Terrace: The balcony is your sanctuary, offering a dining table for 4 and chairs
for enjoying a morning coffee or a leisurely meal. A swing chair (or hammock)
adds the perfect touch for reading, relaxing, or simply enjoying the views. At
night, enjoy unforgettable sunsets and starry skies.

Second bedroom

This versatile room features two single beds that can be kept
separate or joined together to form a comfortable double bed, making it ideal for
friends, family, or couples. It has a wardrobe for your belongings and central air
conditioning and heating. It also comes with its own private bathroom for added
convenience.

Head out to the rooftop terrace to enjoy panoramic sea views and soak up the
sun. It’s especially inviting during the winter months when you can enjoy plenty
of natural light — a perfect place to relax or simply sunbathe.

You’ll receive access codes for both pedestrian and vehicular
Access to the complex, as well as your apartment keys. Your co-host will

For stays of more than 11 days , the property will be considered a seasonal
rental, a seasonal contract (Article 3 of the LAU and Royal Decree 1312/2024,
of December 24).
